These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LunaBridge website, the Hormonal & Metabolic Wellness Assessment, and any programme offered by LunaBridge Private Limited (“LunaBridge,” “we,” “us”), including Foundations, Transformation, and Personalised Care. By using this website or any LunaBridge programme, you agree to these Terms.

LunaBridge Private Limited is a company incorporated in India. Our registered office and contact details are set out in Section 16 below.

Our services are intended for women who are 18 years of age or older. By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing our services through a corporate partnership, your use is also subject to any terms agreed between LunaBridge and your employer, in addition to these Terms.

LunaBridge, the Assessment, and our Foundations, Transformation, and Personalised Care programmes provide general health information, education, and guidance. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Nothing on this website or in any programme — including your Assessment results, any recommendation, or any content presented by the LunaBridge team — should be treated as a medical diagnosis or a prescription.

You should always consult a qualified doctor or other healthcare professional for any health concern, before making any change to your diet, exercise, medication, or treatment, and before disregarding professional medical advice because of something you read or heard through LunaBridge.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not use this website — call your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Where Personalised Care involves direct interaction with Dr. Sagorika Mullick in her capacity as a physician, that specific clinical relationship is governed by ordinary standards of medical practice and any separate consent or documentation used in that clinical context — these Terms govern your use of the LunaBridge platform and business relationship, not the clinical practice of medicine itself.

Foundations is a self-paced online programme delivered through recorded video content.

Transformation is a 12-part cohort-based online programme combining live sessions with Dr. Sagorika Mullick & team.

Personalised Care is a 24-week individualised programme involving direct online engagement with Dr. Sagorika Mullick & team.

Specific inclusions, schedules, and formats for each programme are described on the relevant programme page and may be updated from time to time; the version presented to you at the time of enrolment governs your specific enrolment.

We do not guarantee any specific health outcome. LunaBridge provides guidance, structure, expert content, and support. The results any individual experiences depend on many factors outside our control, including that individual’s own participation, consistency, and underlying health circumstances. Statements made by LunaBridge, its founders, or any contributor describing what a programme can help you understand, work on, or address are not promises of a specific result.

Pricing for each programme is stated on the relevant programme page or communicated to you directly (for example, in a corporate partnership proposal or a Personalised Care service agreement) at the time of purchase.

• Foundation: Foundation is fully self-paced digital content that can be completed in a few hours. All Foundation purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased.
• Transformation: Refund requests made before a cohort begins are eligible for a full refund. Once a cohort has started, refunds are considered on a pro-rated basis reflecting sessions not yet delivered, at LunaBridge’s discretion.
• Personalised Care: Cancellation and refund terms for Personalised Care are set out in your individual service agreement, given the personalised, clinically-involved nature of this programme.

We reserve the right to change programme pricing at any time; changes will not affect an enrolment already confirmed.

If you create an account or submit information to us (including through the Assessment), you agree to provide accurate information and to keep any login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

All content on this website and within our programmes — including video content, written material, the Assessment itself, and our branding — belongs to LunaBridge or its licensors (including contributors who have licensed content to us). You’re welcome to use this content for your own personal, non-commercial benefit. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share programme content without our written permission.

You agree not to use this website or our programmes to: share your account or programme access with others who haven’t purchased it; attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute our content; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.

Some parts of our website and programmes rely on third-party services — for example, our Assessment is delivered through a third-party form platform, and payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Your use of those specific services may also be subject to that provider’s own terms, which we encourage you to review.

Our website and programmes are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LunaBridge disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website or programmes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LunaBridge’s total liability arising out of your use of the website or any programme is limited to the amount you paid to LunaBridge for the specific programme giving rise to the claim. LunaBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability in a way not permitted under Indian law, including in respect of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or matters that cannot be limited by contract.

You agree to indemnify LunaBridge against claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the website or programmes, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or a programme if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time; this does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as set out in Section 6.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between you and LunaBridge; if unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [city, to be confirmed].

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of our website or programmes after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
