Privacy Policy

1Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how LunaBridge Private Limited (“LunaBridge,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our website, take the Hormonal & Metabolic Wellness Assessment, or enrol in a LunaBridge programme. This policy is written to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or provide us your personal data.

2Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone number) when you fill out a form, take the Assessment, or get in touch with us.
  • Your responses to the Hormonal & Metabolic Wellness Assessment — this includes health-related information (such as symptoms, cycle patterns, lifestyle factors) and is treated as sensitive personal data under Indian law.
  • Information you provide when enrolling in or participating in a programme, including any health information you share with Dr. Sagorika Mullick or another contributor as part of Personalised Care or Transformation.
  • Payment information when you purchase a programme — processed through our third-party payment provider; LunaBridge does not store your full card details.

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic usage data (pages visited, time on site, device/browser type) through cookies and similar technology, described further in Section 8.

3How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate your personal Assessment report and recommended pathway.
  • Deliver the programme you’ve enrolled in, including personalising guidance where relevant (Personalised Care, Transformation).
  • Communicate with you about your account, programme, or enquiries.
  • Process payments.
  • If you came to us through a corporate partnership, provide your employer with aggregated, anonymised data only (see Section 4) — never your individual responses or report.
  • Improve our website, Assessment, and programmes.
  • With your separate consent, send you updates about LunaBridge (you can opt out at any time).

We do not use your health information for any purpose beyond what’s described here without asking you first.

4How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us operate — for example, the platform that hosts our Assessment, our payment processor, and our website/email infrastructure. These providers only receive the information needed to do their job and are contractually required to keep it confidential and secure.
  • Corporate partners, if you accessed LunaBridge through an employer partnership: your employer receives only aggregated, anonymised data (for example, “68% of participants completed the Assessment this quarter”) — never your individual answers, your individual report, or anything that could identify you personally.
  • Dr. Sagorika Mullick and relevant LunaBridge team members or contributors, where necessary to deliver a programme you’ve enrolled in (for example, sharing your Assessment results with Dr. Mullick ahead of a Personalised Care consultation).
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request from a government or judicial authority.
  • Business transfers: if LunaBridge is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections described here.

5Where Your Data Is Stored

Some of our service providers — including the platform used to deliver our Assessment — may store data on servers located outside India. Where data is processed outside India, we take reasonable steps to require our service providers to protect it to a standard consistent with Indian law.

6Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including relying on service providers with industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take this seriously, particularly given the sensitive nature of health information.

7How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal data for as long as needed to provide our services to you, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you ask us to delete your data (see Section 9), we will do so unless we’re legally required to retain it.

8Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the website function.

9Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act and applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Withdraw consent for any processing that relies on your consent (this doesn’t affect processing already carried out before withdrawal, or anything we’re legally required to continue).
  • Request erasure of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
  • Nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
  • Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 11) if you’re unsatisfied with how we’ve handled your data, before escalating to the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the details in Section 12.

10Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for women 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we’ve inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it.
